Book a Free Consultation Call

Are you interested in therapy services and want to learn more? I offer eating disorder and body image therapy to queer and trans individuals ages 12 and up. In-person sessions are available at my Philadelphia office, and online sessions are available to people who reside in PA. You can book a free video or phone consultation call by clicking on an appointment time below. From there, we’ll schedule your first therapy session. If you want to learn more about my policies, check out my FAQ Page.

I know how important it is to find a therapist you can trust. A free consultation can give you a chance to feel it out and see if I’m a good fit for you. We’ll discuss what’s bringing you to therapy at this time, and answer any questions that you might have. If you have questions or prefer to schedule over email, click here to fill out my contact form. I will get back to you in 1-2 business days.

What to Expect if You Book Your First Session

If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule your first therapy session at the end of your free call. You also have the option to reach back out at a later time to schedule your first session. Once we book your first session, you’ll receive an email with a link to set up your client portal. There will intake forms for you to fill out prior to your first appointment. All forms will need to be completed in order to confirm your appointment. You’ll be asked to keep a credit card on file for sessions fees and my cancellation policy.

Therapy Fees

Therapy sessions are $265 per 50 minute session. I am an out of network provider and do not take insurance. I do provide superbills if you have out-of-nework coverage. You may be able to submit the superbill to your insurance to receive partial reimbursement. If you want to learn more about my fees, check out my Investment Page

Online Sessions

You’ll receive a Zoom link for your online therapy appointments. I use a HIPPA-protected Zoom account for healthcare providers with a signed BAA agreement.

In person Sessions

Once all intake paperwork is completed, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to get to my office. You’ll get a separate email with a code to access the front door of the building.
