As a queer therapist, I’m passionate about helping LGBTQ people live life with authenticity and abundance.
I help queer and trans people overcome food and body image issues using a weight inclusive and social justice framework.
My approach to therapy is rooted in helping you understand how past experiences and societal expectations impact how you feel in your body, your relationships and with yourself.
Using mind-body approaches, we’ll dig deep to resolve emotional wounds from your past and present. Together, we’ll help you learn the skills to manage your emotions in ways that align with your values.
My clients walk away from therapy feeling more confident, and have a stronger sense of who they are. Relationships feel more meaningful, and they can truely show up as themselves. Life is more joyful, playful, and fun.
